Hurry Before It Goes Away

For two months we have had rain almost every day and or night. The few times we have seen sunshine it has not stayed out long. Chancy and I saw sun one day and took a stroll around the yard.  Neither one of us like strolling in the rain so I told him we had to hurry and enjoy before the sun went away. Sure enough it wasn't long before the clouds came and brought more rain.

We are thankful we had a bit of sunshine even for a short time, but we sure would enjoy some days with sun and walking on ground that is not soggy and muddy.

    1. I can attest to that. Sunshine is wonderful, especially after seeing so little of it. It sure boosted my getting some things done and gave me energy.

  5. I'm sorry about all the rainy days you and Chancy had to spend inside but I'm glad you got a bit of sun. I hope more sun is on the way. My blogger friends in Arkansa also have been having rain, day after day.

Here, we've been having snow storms after snow storms but we've been blessed with sunshine in between. Again today the sky is sunny but it's windy and -21℉. 😊 The snow really reflect the light. The days light is getting longer everyday which really awesome.

Take care, only 25 days to spring.
    Hugs, Julia

    1. I am one of your Arkansas blogger friends. We had a day and half of sunshine finally. It was so nice. Rain coming again and they said it could possibly turn to snow this weekend. I am glad you are getting some sun between the snows. Brrrr, that is cold. Stay warm and safe. Hugs

  6. Chancy, we have SUN today. Yesterday we had terrible flooding. Knoxville had over a hundred streets closed. We've had 19 .7 inches of rain these two months. So I know what you mean. Soon, you can start gardening though. The rain HAS to stop...and you'll be out there just as you've always been when Pooh snoopervised you.

    1. We had sunshine yesterday and this morning, but clouds began moving in this afternoon. More rain coming and they said it could turn to snow over the weekend. We agree that the rain HAS to stop. We had one death here from flooding. Lot of trees are falling, two have fallen very near us. Stay safe and hopefully we can all garden soon.
